Evaluations include a facility tour, movement screen, and age/sport-appropriate performance testing. Results are used to determine your needs, recommend the best training plan, and provide a benchmark for tracking results in the future.
No hard sells or pressure tactics here – we will recommend a plan based on the findings from your evaluation and your goals as an athlete. If Inspired Athletx is a good fit for you, choose the membership plan that best suits you! (4-week, 12-week, and annual options are available.)
