HOW TO GET STARTED

1. SCHEDULE

Evaluations are FREE through 4/30/2018!  Schedule now by clicking below or call 952-322-7383. 

2. evaluate

Evaluations include a facility tour, movement screen, and age/sport-appropriate performance testing.  Results are used to determine your needs, recommend the best training plan, and provide a benchmark for tracking results in the future.

3. choose

No hard sells or pressure tactics here – we will recommend a plan based on the findings from your evaluation and your goals as an athlete.  If Inspired Athletx is a good fit for you, choose the membership plan that best suits you!  (4-week, 12-week, and annual options are available.)

The best value in sport performance training in the Twin Cities.  Elite plans include:

  • Training sessions 2-4 days/week in a semi-private group of 4-6 athletes.
  • 1 private Performance PT session per 4-weeks.
  • A customized athlete nutrition guide.
  • 1 group mental skills session per 4-weeks.

*Plans may be customized to fit your specific needs or to meet in-season demands.

The most customizable in individualized option.  Choose to train 1-on-1 with one of our sport performance coaches 1-4 days per week and add performance physical therapy, nutrition, and sport psychology services a-la-carte, based on what you want to accomplish.
Starter plans provide athletes with training programs on a 4 or 12 week basis.  Training may be performed on your own or at our facility during open gym times with our Starter+ membership option.
