Semi-private groups are the best value in sport performance training. Athletes train in a small group of similar age and sport with a maximum of 6:1 athlete-to-coach ratio, to maintain a high level of 1-on-1 instruction.
Each athlete receives a custom-designed program to fit their specific needs and training cycle. Sessions last for one hour and feature dynamic warm-ups, core stabilization, speed/plyometric/agility work, strength training, and mobility work.
Programs are designed to build more efficient moving athletes who are faster, stronger, and resistant to injury.
