Youth athlete development is more important now than ever.  Early specialization and overuse injuries are on the rise in youth sports and, outside of sports, kids tend to be less active due to technology and other factors.  A young athlete learning to move properly and efficiently is critical to their long term development.

Inspired’s long-term development approach sets up young athletes with a foundation for success in any sport.  The movement skills and knowledge youth athletes acquire help them become stronger, faster, and healthier athletes through their lives.  This program is designed specifically for athletes who are 10-13 years old.

Summer youth training sessions begin on June 22 and are held on Tue & Thu at 9 AM through September 2.  Open to all 10-13 year old athletes.  Use the link below to register for the summer season!
