Take your game to a new level with the WGBA training program at Inspired Athletx! This program provides the perfect compliment to the skill development and playing experience provided through the WGBA. Basketball athletes in our programs typically see improvements in their ability to jump, get rebounds, block shots, and play defense, along with general improvements in speed, agility, and strength that make them more physical players.

Dates: November 6 – March 11
Times: Wednesdays 4:30 – 5:30pm
Capacity: This training group is open to the first 20 participants to register.
Eligiblity: Any WGBA player (11 years old and older).
Special dates: No sessions on November 27, December 25, or January 1.
