Pro In-season

Through a sport season, most athletes experience small injuries that slow them down and impact their level of performance.  These minor injuries may not sideline an athlete, but can impact performance and also put them at an increased risk of more serious injury.

Minimizing the impact and resolving those injuries is what the PRO In-Season plan is for.  Our doctors of physical therapy help you prevent more serious injury, restore full function in your body, and optimize your performance, so you play your best through the whole season.

PRO In-Season plans include twelve 30-minute PT sessions, always 1-on-1 with your doctor of physical therapy.  (recommended usage 1 session per week in-season)

PRO MEMBERSHIP

Add three 30-minute physical therapy sessions to any training membership to turbo charge your results in the gym. 

All about optimizing recovery and performance, the pro membership helps athletes get the highest level of performance out of their body and more from their training.  This may include manual therapy, dry needling, movement optimization, and/or supplemental exercises.
