YOUTH TRAINING

taking the right first steps

Our long-term athlete development approach helps younger athletes learn movement skills and build a foundation for future training. Programming is age-appropriate for 10-13 year old athletes.

The Inspired Athletx Youth Program offered an awesome introduction to strength and agility training for my two boys! They learned new skills, had fun, and really enjoyed their coaches.

THE FUN WAY TO WORK

While designed to help young athletes develop strength, speed, and overall health, one of the goals of our youth program is to help athletes fall in love with the process of training.  We make the "work" fun by "gamifying" many of the drills and exercises. 

Lifelong learning

Youth athletes learn the basics of gym etiquette and safety so they feel confident and comfortable in a gym or weight room.  An emphasis is placed on learning efficient movement techniques to prepare athletes for more intense training in the future.  

program structure 

We've created a model that provides youth athletes with a fun, safe, and competitive developmental environment.  Sessions are held in a group format, two days per week. Youth training occurs in seasonal blocks (beginning in January, March, June, and September), although athletes are welcome to join anytime.

Schedule: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00-6:00pm
