Lineman Summit Recap
Feb 20, 2025The first Lineman Summit was held at Inspired Athletx in Plymouth, MN last Saturday, February 15 and was a great success. Linemen in 8th - 12th grade from across the state of Minnesota attended the invent that included technical instruction, combine testing, and lineman specific strength training.
The event also featured a classroom session, which focused on how to watch film, examples of great technique in both pass and run blocking, as well as a portion on college recruiting for high school offensive linemen.

Inspired Athletx will host a similarly formatted event for defensive linemen in March at the same location as well as a combined offensive and defensive camp which will occur at an outdoor location in late April.
